    Weekly group zoom trainings with me. Each week we will take a deep dive into a new topic with actionable steps to take you closer to your goals. 

  • 1 on 1 sessions

    Fortnightly 1 on 1 sessions with me to give more specific recommendations based on your needs. 

  • Facebook Support group

    A private space to ask questions, support one another and to keep the motivation and momentum going

  • Personalised Body type Assessment

    This gives you a 1 year membership to on online portal that has diet and lifestyle suggestions specifically for your body type

  • Telegram Messages

    Telegram is an app that delivers messages direct to your phone. You will get messages with extra content & tools to keep you on track

  • Goal Setting

    The goal setting will help us set a clear plan of how to get from where you are to where you want to be. We will identify obstacles and ways to navigate these. 

  • Accountability

    I will keep you accountable for the goals you have set yourself. It is easy to get off track but when we are held accountable for our actions it helps with success.
